Agreement
These terms apply between Red Moso Chrystian Schütz (Poland, ul. Stefana Czarnieckiego 30 lok. 8, 53-651 Wrocław, NIP 8971864233) (“we”) and the organisation that installs Jade Docs on its monday.com account (“you”). By installing or using the app you accept them. Your use of monday.com itself is governed by monday.com’s own terms.
The service
Jade Docs fills Word (.docx) templates with data from your monday.com boards and returns PDF and DOCX files to your items. Features may evolve; we will not remove a core feature of a paid plan during a billing period.
Plans & billing
- Plans and limits are listed on our pricing page and in the monday.com marketplace.
- Paid plans are sold and billed by monday.com through its marketplace. Payments, trials, upgrades, cancellations and refunds follow monday.com’s marketplace terms.
- When a plan ends or its limit is reached, generation stops until the next period or an upgrade; your templates stay available.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, create fraudulent or misleading documents, attack or overload the service, or get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.
Your content
You keep all rights to your templates, board data and generated documents. You give us only the permission needed to process them to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for the content of your templates and documents and for checking documents before relying on them. Jade Docs does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
Support
Support is available by e-mail at contact@jadeboards.com. We reply within 2 business days and act promptly on urgent issues. See Support.
Availability
We work to keep the app available and fast, but it is provided “as is”, without a guaranteed uptime. Automations are retried by monday.com if the app is briefly unavailable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We delete your data as described in the privacy policy (immediately on uninstall, at the latest within 10 days). We may end the service with at least 30 days’ notice; paid periods are then refunded pro rata through monday.com where applicable.
Contact & notices
We will contact you only to answer your requests and about service matters such as security notices, important changes to the app or to these terms. We will not send marketing messages unless you opt in. Notices to us: contact@jadeboards.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or business protection rules that apply to you. Changes to these terms are announced at least 14 days in advance for existing customers.
