What counts as a document?
One generated file per item. If you generate PDF and DOCX together, that is still one document. Previews never count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Generation pauses until the next month or until you upgrade; nothing is lost. Bulk runs report which items were not generated so you can rerun them.
Is there a trial?
Paid plans start with a 14-day trial with Pro limits, as offered by the monday.com marketplace.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
From the app’s page in the monday.com marketplace (account admins). Changes apply right away; monday.com handles proration and refunds under its marketplace terms.
